Subway — Restaurant in Wales

Not usually one to complain but this was particularly bad!. Ordered through Just Eat. Two salads with double meat. Order arrived. One salad was fine the other had no meat whatsoever. These things sometimes happen so I called the trostre branch directly to see if this could be resolved and I was met with a young girl who argued blind with me that she had prepared the salad herself and had definitely given double meat in both salads. When I explained that this is not what had arrived, instead of trying to find out why, she continued to argue with me that I had received the meat in the salad. I asked to speak to a manger….. “they’re all on holiday” I asked if there was an emergency on the premises such as a fire who would they contact? The reply was “ a manager. But they wouldn’t come”. I asked if someone could call me back? She said that yea they would. She hung up without taking a number…. Shocking customer service....

Ordered meatballs tub and the baller sub (should include meatballs). However got no meatballs, which was more than annoying as the only reason my kid wanted it is for the meatballs. Ordered through Uber so I'm waiting on a refund from them, but it seems to be every time with this store, there's always something missing. I used to work in fast food place myself, I understand sometimes things run out but I used to have the common decency to ring the customer for a replacement or deny the order. What you shouldn't do is give a half complete sub and missing a whole item. Now I have to wait to see if Uber will do something, which they probably won't. Honestly, won't be ordering here anymore. There's a reason why the other store is better and if it wasn't closed, it would've been...

Very poor service today. 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches to be made by the slowest person (with no other customers in the store) Not very clean, no teamwork, not an absolute care in the world whilst dealing with my order. I had to repeat myself so many times, it was like they wasn't even listening. I felt like that person didn't even want to be there and just didn't give a monkeys about anything or anyone. Not even a smile. After all this my sandwhich wasnt even nice and was just put straight in the bin. Also was a bit confused to why they sliced about a inch off my sandwhich? This is probably the only review I've ever given about anything, I couldn't believe it.
