Starbucks drive thru — Restaurant in Wales

When approaching till, I waited to be noticed for a while, but nothing. So had to get the attention of the girls working there, all having a chat. When I got served girl was friendly, although didn't know if the hot chocolate was vegetarian friendly or not and had to ask someone else. I asked about the Starbucks card, she also had to ask someone else, who them self's did not know how it worked properly. Also no one knew what cakes were vegetarian, if any. When receiving my drink, it came in a takeout cup, with no lid. As sitting in I expected an actual mug. When my friend got hers, she was given a cup. Not sure what happened there? Girl so busy chatting to her mate, she wasn't watching what she was doing. Waving the card scanner so I had to chase it round, then she moved quickly and knocked the card out of my hand to the floor. No apology. I had to partially open my door as far as I could against the booth and scrabble around for the card. Drinks came, I'd asked for a black tea but got milk. I'm allergic to milk. Toasted sandwich was cold after 'heating' so we asked for it to be re-heated. Staff huffed a bit. After paying for cake, we noticed a fly in the cake cabinet so asked for a refund on it.
