Domino's Pizza - Ammanford — Restaurant in Wales

I once fell for a trick on Facebook when they first opened saying that I should ring and sing a song for free pizza. I did so, no one had a clue (still scarred to this day) 😂😂😂

HOWEVER

We've ordered from domino's, and everytime we've loved it apart from the odd hiccups in app communication but I cannot blame the store for this as they've gone above and beyond. Everytime we've ordered it's either on time or a dash early (which in my eyes is one hell of a bonus considering I'm cranky by the time I'm deciding what pizza we're having)

Then comes the quality, hapus Bob amser!😁 Delivery Drivers are always friendly (I feel for you all when it's freezing out there! You are like unsung heroes!)

Exceeds my expectation...

Ordered wedges and a small pepperoni pizza. The wedges were alright, one was terribly hard to eat though, and the pizza was, well, bad. It had a very soggy base with what I would call a layer of cheese put on top with some burned pepperoni. Cheese would just peel off and tasted very oily. The tomato base wasn't very soft, felt like someone poured tomato soup for the base. It tasted worse than a tesco's pizza which I could of bought for less. Been to this place 3 times and all have been the same results.

Delivery service is terrible! First time I ordered online, the delivery driver called me 20 minutes after the food should have arrived, only to inform me that he was in the wrong village and would be at my address in a further 15 mins. Second time I ordered via the Domino's app, again the driver (a different driver) called to inform me that she had also gone to the wrong village and my food was agin going to be late. Both times, my address and postcode were printed on the box. Why are they...
