Domino's Pizza - Blackwood — Restaurant in Wales

Rang up domino's to make a order for collection, the person on the phone (Dylan) sounded like he was falling asleep on the phone couldn't hear a word he was saying, as if he couldn't be bothered to talk which was really rude, also according to him it was £5 extra over the phone so we did it by app in the end. Ordered 2 large pizzas and two sides, the pizzas were incorrect so we took them back and they offered to redo them for us, we sat in the car which was parked right outside the store window and waited with no fuss, while we waited Dylan was stood at the tills looking at us laughing, and saying something to another worker, once the order was cooked we took the pizzas to the car and checked them to make sure they were correct and while we was doing that Dylan clearly was finding it funny as he laughed and watched us check everything which was so disrespectful seeing as we are paying £40 for the food and wanted it to be to our liking! Don't know what he found funny about the matter seeing as he gave the impression that he didn't know how to do his job properly, stood picking his face and his back, not making any contribution to the establishment the whole 40 minutes we were there. The 1 star is for the prompt service and the prompt service only!!! I’ve ordered 2 orders in the last 9 days 1st order 1 extremely over cooked pizza tasted like s@@@!!!!!!! But tonight I thought I’d give it another shot I don’t know if there’s a new manager or no managers at all but going back 2 years ago the orders I received from here was spot on!!! Tonight’s pizza undercooked??? I’m not complaining but pepperoni there was layers stacked on top of each other and plenty I mean plenty of meat balls on there 😍😍 not complaining on that part because that’s literally all I ate because the pizza it’s self tasted like s@@@ !!! Again can I suggest maybe getting the temperature or time settings adjusted on the ovens because something definitely isn’t correct or like I mentioned something to do with management because the toppings I had are definitely up there with the £££ 1s and I had plentiful of it ??? Sort it out dominoes Blackwood absolute waste of £60 in the last 9 days!!! Needs to be addressed by higher management!!!...

Paid three pounds extra for a double base pizza as we like deep pan rather than thin, which was advertised as two pizza bases sandwiched together with an extra layer of pizza sauce and cheese in-between. The two bases were wafer thin, we've had tortilla wraps way thicker! Bases were also way overcooked and dry, and only had a small amount of strange, sticky, wet liquid cheese in-between (and no sauce), tiny amount of pizza sauce on top, more horrible liquid cheese, and the entire pizza was dry, overcooked, tasteless and cold. As were the chicken strips and potato wedges. Probably not helped by the fact that for some time after our text to say delivery was on route to us, the delivery driver was still in Dominos car park when we checked the online tracker. Even the cookies (which was always the best thing about Domino's in our opinion) were terribly overcooked, burnt and dry. Wouldn't have been happy to pay £3 for this meal, let alone £30!
