Domino's Pizza - Risca — Restaurant in Wales

I'm a driver at the Risca branch and I get nothing but praise from satisfied customers who always comment on the punctuality and the delivery timing and how hot the food is. All I see is negative comments (which helps us to improve) and not the any praise we all at the branch sometimes deserve. It would be nice to see good feedback both when we get it right, when it's good and when we don't quite get it right (which helps our team to improve) . Come on guys, we can't be bad all the time!! Basically what I'm trying to say, post if not a good service (which helps us to improve) but also post when we provide a good service and get it right, we are always trying to improve and we won't be happy until we get it right 100%, but just be fair...

We ordered our pizza online at 17.25pm. At 18.25 as it hadn't arrived , we called directly. The staff member told us that the delivery driver had tried to deliver and knocked but nooone was at home. This was not the case as we were at home and have outside CCTV that shows that didn't happen. The pizza order would be delivered in the next hour. Telephone call at 19.25 as no pizza was delivered. We were advised that they could do another delivery within the next 90 minutes. No! The kids are hangry at this point. Cancelled the order. No offer thanks anyways. Luckily I had some extra food in the freezer. We rarely have take outs. This will insure that we don't...

Been ordering here reasonably regularly for nearly 2 years. I usually order online for delivery, occasionally for collection.

Wait times on online orders are reasonable, around 25-40 mins. The few times I've collected its always been ready on arrival.

They can do a bad job sometimes forgetting dips or even drinks. Not sure if this is the store or drivers.

I've also on around 3 occasions(before corona) had toppings missing or a very very small amount of certain toppings. I presume its normally them running out/low. However there's no communication or apologied with regards to these issues. Hence my score of 3 stars.

On the plus side the food always...
