Emburs Dessert Bar — Restaurant in Wales

So everywhere we go we look for the best desert place and more importantly the best cheesecake.

We visited here on the 01/03/2021 and unfortunately had no cheesecake .... however we was then asked what our favourites where and they would make it for us for the next day.

So we returned on 02/03/2021 to find they had made two kinds for us to take from and we drove the 30 mins back to them to pick these up. We also took a blondie for the trip home (fantastically gooey and tasty)

Now on to the important part you are all wondering what did we have. We had a summer fruits and a lotus biscoff cheesecake and these we amazing, the best balance of base to topping no over powering sickly tastes just the best homemade cheese cake I have ever had.

If you are thinking if going here just go you will not be disappointed they are super friendly and so kind the 2 young people that run it.

Tasty, cute decor and good prices but a couple of things that made me rate 4 stars: ordered 2 crepes for us to eat in, they only use 1 crepe maker so when mine arrived we had to wait probably 10 more minutes for the other one to arrive, which is not very nice as you can imagine, crepes get cold quickly too, so my poor poor partner (;-)) had to watch me eat my crepe. Crepe tasted ok, I am all for generous portions and "you can never have enough chocolate", but felt like the added extra chocolate bars and sauce were...

I had the kinder beuneo pancakes and my other half had a waffle, slight wait as lots.of customers infront of us but that's expected and worth it seeing as it was made fresh and our food came out together and was warm and well presented.

We had desserts with added ice-cream, large coffees with added syrup and still had a good bit of change from a tenner each which is reasonable considering quality etc.
