Kings Head Chepstow — Restaurant in Wales

This weekend I went to into the woods festival with two of my mates was having a bit of food when I realised I couldn’t check in until 2pm a huge mistake on my behalf and I called the hotel in distress they kindly allowed me to drop my stuff off and have a showe 2 and a half hours before I was meant to arrive with no extra charge the room was perfect for the three of us and no noise distribution. Good place, stayed for 2 nights in the large room. Good lager and well priced, friendly and helpful bar staff. Toilet, bath, shower and rooms were to an excellent standard. Only annoyance was the side door with code got stuck when I returned late. Also, the door handle to my room was loose, not a massive issue as I tightened it but I did ask for a screw driver and didn't get one to sort the issue. There was music going on until closing time. Staff - rude - too young to be behind a bar with such a bad attitude / customer service We asked for 2 pints of Stella - but it was served in a NON STELLA glass - yes this does make a difference.
