Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Visited this morning to get me and my partner something quick for breakfast and ibhave to say the lady behind the counter with short dark hair and a slim build is probably the rudest person you could put behind the counter (this isn't the first time she's been rude). I tried to move out the way for the lady behind me to get served an the lady behind the counter grabs my food an moves it back to the other till, whilst rudely telling me I can't move my stuff as I'm on the other till. I understand what she was saying but her tone when she spoke to me today an on other occasions is well out of order. She always seems to make you feel that your custom is a massive inconvenience to her an if its busy she's alot worse and it make you feel awkward an not wanted at the shop. Also maybe add I seen another member of staff helping himself to a sausage roll from the breakfast side an had no hair net on with a cigarette behind his ear, then to go take his break outside with the bottom half of uniform still on 🤦‍♀️.

If the cold food don't put you off returning the lady who lacks people skills...

Went in this morning to grab a bacon sandwich and a sausage sandwich for my wife. The attitude on the staff was absolutely disgusting. I was told that there was no bacon left because they had orders through just eat i could have bacon if I wanted to wate 7 mins for it i asked when the order had through they stated 5 mins ago with just eat you have an hour to complete the order when I said to the lady about this i was informed they got there before me so I wasn't having any bacon. I then move on to the sausage I was again informed that they had 10 sausage there but again I could not have any sausage and that they were not willing to cook anymore today. I find it absolutely disgusting that a store prioritize just eat orders over customers that are in side the store their attitude was disgusting a formal complaint will also be made for the attitude...

Shocking service tried ordering food and it got rejected 4 times all items in stock but they kept cancelling my order when I tried phoning the shop to see why my order wasn’t being accepted they let the phone ring and didn’t answer this was at 4:30pm so the shop was open and it’s hardly busy so don’t understand why my food wasn’t getting accepted bloody ridiculous in my opinion as a ex greggs worker myself I find this service...
