Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Queued here from 10.50am to 11.05 am due to 1 member of staff at the till. Not her fault. But her attitude was.

After queuing for 15 mins and hearing "no more bacon" we and the couple ahead of us were told "breakfast finished at 11"

They had served a couple ahead of us, but refused to serve us a simple sausage bap. The guy and his young daughter ahead of us stormed off. No apology, nothing.

I asked "have you run put of sausages as well?" Just got back "breakfast finished at 11".

Great staff!! 😊 very friendly too. When ever I go there in my opinion they give a true representation of the welshpool community. I only gave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating because on a busy day of the week or a busy time in the week it gets a little busy for some with metal health problems to just pop in. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask....

Food is permanently cold, staff are polite but overworked, sometimes there is only one member of staff working trying to do it all on their own, disgusting.... No sausage rolls at all today at a bakery, if you'd believe that. Place really needs sorting out, one of the worst in the country. If you want cold stale food go ahead but I'd avoid...
