Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Called in as I do usually for a coffee and was greeted by a very rude employee. I provided them with a coffee voucher I had received on a previous visit. I was basically told in front of other customers that I was trying to defraud them with the voucher. At this point the manger was called who was very professional and polite. I explained the situation and she said she would deal with the employee. Staff are cheeky and unhelpful. Some are nice but the cheeky ones ruin it. All gregg's stores open and close at different hours which I wasn't aware of. One example - when I walked in at 2pm (not alone, someone else walked in at the same time), I assumed they were open - the guy behind the counter just looked at me until I asked for something, then simply said 'we're closed'. Such a lovely place! Staff have always been great! Used this store for over 10 months and they have always been amazing, they go the extra mile and you just cannot fault them. If you are gonna use a greggs in Swansea use these guys…but remember to be patient and treat them like people!
