Mira Kebab House — Restaurant in Wales

Twice ordered and twice over 2 hours late. First time I cancelled order after waiting 2 hours and 35 minutes this time around myself and family managed to taste the food after 2 hours and 20 minutes. Burgers were burnt and tasted like charcoal, the bun was solid, pizza black underneath and the dough was not cooked all the way through, the "salad" is nothing but coleslaw and jalapenos (full and sliced) I personally do not class that as a salad and I don't like spicy food so I couldn't even eat, the chips tasted like they were cooked days ago and then re heated in the microwave, all of the food was cold and the icing on the cake was they didn't send the right drinks I ordered and didn't offer an alternative even though they had my telephone number. So please if you don't want to be unwell and wait for hours for cold uncooked and re heated food don't...

Wouldn't feed the food to a fox. Large kebab is giving asda smart price, definition of a kebab is meat, salad and sauce on bread. When I rang to ask what kind of joke it was I got accused of just wanting my money back 😂 feedback is due for this so called establishment, rude staff, disgusting food and wouldn't send the driver to come back and collect, straight in the bin, kids are crying, ruined movie...

Sadly it was not a good experience here. Can't complain about the portion size or the price as both were good, but the chicken had been cut and stored in the Bain Marie for so long that it had dried out and become rubbery. We ploughed through a good deal of it as we'd not eaten all day but no one finished the meals and a lot was thrown away. Would we go back? No, not on...
