Very poor experience with this store. Bought a pasty and packed of crisps and the pasty was fine but the crisps were stale. It was their own brand crisp and they were in date and so took them back to just get them exchanged and they refused to do so. Now the crisps were only around £1, but these seemed like very poor service to me. Management needs to change if that's how they treat...

Amazing service from one of your staff I Was stuck outside until it was clear because I had my dog on the lead. One of the lovely staff went above and beyond coming outside to take my order and get the card payment ready so I didn’t have to leave him unattended for too long.
