Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Usually have no issues, however recently when requesting a Mocha it is very hit or miss depending on whether the person serving actually knows what it is..

Hot chocolate and an espresso shot.. NOT hot chocolate powder mixed with white coffee.. which trust me is extremely different in taste.

I have had good service here in the past, however I have now had to bin 2 large mocha's in the last few weeks as the taste is undrinkable which is a complete waste of money. Last time I thought nothing of it and assumed it was an honest mistake, and have since had mochas correctly made from this location, but today I saw them once again press white coffee to mix the hot chocolate powder as last time so questioned it - was told it was correct so I left trusting their word. Tried the drink a little later and once again had to bin it. Please teach your staff how to correctly make the drinks if your machines aren't automatically making them. Will not be using this...

6 Tables, all empty, I was stopped from sitting to eat and told 'you have to pay'. I said 'sure, how much?', I was told no you have to pay when you order. I looked for a notice or sign to indicate this and there wasn't one. I asked how I should know, and was told I would be asked when I order if I want to sit in or take out. I explained that I wasn't asked. No solution offered, despite all the tables being empty and my offer to pay extra and I was forced to leave. Seems very short-sighted and bad customer service. Greggs mold set in Mold high street is one of the best, the staff are brilliant and courteous and very friendly. Soon this greggs store will be gone for good and I'm gonna miss everyone in there. I have begged and pleaded with head office to negotiate with the landlord to stay open but no luck because the landlord is only worried about money and more money and that's why so many shops have now closed in the high street cos the landlord won't lower the rent.
