KFC Mold Chester Road — Restaurant in Wales

Okay restaurant very small and it’s like a few in there with a lot of people and 30 minute wait for food seeing other people have there 1 litre bottles missing from meals but quickly rectified by staff. Bins over flowing and not emptied in the 40 minutes we were in the restaurant floor dirty and very messy round drinks machine.

The worst KFC ever chicken wings with raw little bit raw and the chips are too salty. The worst KFC to go to. They need to improve .

I went today and the food was spot-on. I think they have improved lot more better on this restaurant. The food quality came out a lot more better so fit near have their game. I think they have improved quite a bit more .

Chip for two over thieving when I went again for fourth time service was good staff friendly bro, good service .

I went today. Service was not very good and the little TV screen don’t have your paper receipt things and then whatever you called them very bad service not happy.

Unimpressed KFC has really improved that they are still slow to doing the food but I wouldn’t blame them for that and the bin situation is a bit messy but I wouldn’t blame them again for that overall I will give it 10 out of 10 .

Went on Saturday last week I did order for takeaway receipt thing didn’t come out again then got hand in my order because I did takeaway but with no bag we spent it in the bank. I did take away so stupid.

Good service the food was nice, but but they couldn’t find my table where I was and they snatched the table sign out of my hands when they tried to handle handover to hand over food to me.

Been today, not happy the way my Christmas burger has been made. It’s just been thrown together. .

A "Smaller KFC than we've been too" ( why they didn't take GREGGS as well I don't know, the revenue stream would have doubled like 4 like against other larger KFC) but hey ho... So be it, that was just a "ow thas weird"

Upon entry Cleanliness * * * * * Floor was without debris and food, boom 💥 great visuals welcome, p.o.s (point of sale) clean, tidy and welcoming. "Great Start"

Service * * * * * Food was delivered in 4:32 minutes, yes it was timed... specifically for this review. The customer service gent was polite and explained which meal was with, thank us and told us to enjoy our meal.

Zinger burger meal - hot, bread soft

Boneless Banquet - hot, crispy, succulent.

Twister wrap thingy - wow, really nice,fresh, hot.

Fries - the best KFC fries we have ever had, very nice.
