Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Seen a deal I like the look of on one of their screens. So after queuing for 5-10 minutes I ask for a corned beef pastie and a bacon roll coffee deal. They tell me that I’m too late for the bacon roll as it closes at 11 and they have no corned beef pasties. I explained to them that I was in the store way before 11 and the deal was still being advertised as I queued. They just appolagised, as if that makes their incompetent okay? No other recommendations to go with the coffee were given. Greggs as a whole not this store in particular : Food quality has gone down hill, just had a sausage and egg roll and the sausages were slightly longer than a cocktail sausage, it's taking the proverbial.
