Hired these guys for an event and massively regretted it. Initial meetings were fine - felt very assured - but on the day things didn’t go to plan. We were missing dishes and guests didn’t have enough food. Really affected my little boy’s party. Shaam came across really aggressive and defensive afterwards, massively unprofessional which was in stark contrast to our initial meeting. We couldn’t meet in the middle to resolve things and I was out of pocket afterwards, having paid for dishes that were never provided. I’d advise reading through any catering contracts before proceeding and ensuring everything is outlined to a T, despite verbal agreements. Worth ensuring agreements are included around what happens if certain dishes are not delivered, to ensure you are not left...

We reserved a table for 7pm and turned up to an empty restaurant, with no staff anywhere. Radio and TV were blasting. We went to the hotel to find a member of staff who assured us the restaurant was open. Upon returning to the restaurant the omly member of staff apologised and said she was busy (restaurant was empty). We ordered drinks, my boyfriend had his pint and the waitress asked me again for my drinks order as she'd forgotten it. A gin and slimline tonic!! I was given my drink which was gin and soda!! When I retùrned it to the bar, I was told that's what I ordered, and then said they don't have slimline tonic. We drank the drinks and cancelled the reservation and left!! Shocking service. Booked my son's 18th birthday party here. Agreed prices and menu with the owner in advance. Even contacted him the day before the event to check if everything was set for the following day and was told yes all ok. Then we turn up on the day with around 40 guests from around the UK to be told by the owner he wasn't aware of my booking.
