Hungrys — Restaurant in Wales

Just had food from here tonight and that will be the last one for sure. Yes delivery was quick within 30 minutes of ordering and driver was pleasant. All the food was cold apart from 2 scallops. The portion size of the chicken donner meat was so small especially for the price where as for the same price in others it's twice the size. I asked for mayo on it so when I opened it up I needed a magnifying glass to see any mayo. Luckily I have plenty of MAYO in the house to cover it..... Pizza was OK but was cold so didn't enjoy that or eat it all. Donner meat kebab bits was also cold and like rubber not to mention again a small portion for nearly £8!!!!!! Then the kids donner meat and chips, we'll that's a joke that meal was mainly a box of chips with not even a handful of donner bits in how disappointed.

That's £40 wasted on food here. Avoid it...

I rang hungrys an hour an a half ago, I ordered a pizza and a drink I live in Mochdre round the corner I asked to pay by card and got told the link would be sent to me, and it wasn't! when I rang back a diffent person answered and said that there was a mix up with the numbers which I did not understamd as I had rang off my number, she then proceeded to hang up on me, I rang back a man answered and said it's my fault as I've given him the wrong number (which I did not) and if I'm nice I can have my food I then said that I would like my food and they didn't even have my order written down so they basically forgot and tried to blame me... There a joke and cannot communicate properly and obviously have no care in the world for there customers. I DO NOT...

Wouldn't even give 1 star rate but no option for no stars. It's such a shame that I have to give this comment food was very poor and fried rice dish was burnt to a crisp husband had a fish that had no taste to it at all children didn't even eat their meals. I rang to air my concerns to be told " Oh it's ok though I can either send another or get next order with us free" I'm sorry but this was my first and last order with you no apologies and very rude to my self as a costumer would not order again i think you should consider a refund and collect the burnt food from the customer in the future as people would not come back to you for free food if that is the way you deal with...
