How this place can be voted one of the best in North Wales is beyond me. We ordered a delivery (order No:2784891) which firstly turned up late (not the restaurants fault but their delivery partner), and then the incorrect main dish was sent - it should have been a Chicken Pathia, but you will see from the photo, it was lamb (or boot leather), not sure which. Tried to call them on the night, but no answer. Sent them an email (twice), still have not responded, phoned again the day after, managed to speak to someone, who advised that 'the boss' would call back on Tuesday when they were less busy. Guess what, no phone call happened. Given the current economic climate, it was a rare treat to order a take out, and not cheap, and the least one should expect is what was ordered. Now I know mistakes can happen, after all we are only human, but it is how mistakes are dealt with that really matters. To be ignored is not acceptable. Given the overpriced, foul food, the lack of any customer service, then if I could give a nil star review I would. In future, I will be using Black Peppers or Anise and will never entertain iJazz again.

There area limited number of parking spaces available just outside the restaurant and on the road but you may be lucky and find one. I started with the lamb tikka which was presented very well with a number of sauces and the lamb was tasty and very tender. For my main I tried the chicken shatkora, which is based on the Bangladeshi citrus fruit called the Shatkora and had a lovely background citrus flavour alongside the spicy overtones. I thought this was a delicious dish and very different. I just had the tandoori roti with no rice and the portion size was such that I still only just finished everything. The Shiraz wine we had went very well with the food. The service was efficient and very helpful when we were trying to decide which dishes to order.

I first arrived in Wrexham for work just over two years ago, looking for a place that would remind me of authentic Bangladeshi food. Ijazz quickly became that place. Every few weeks, I would dine in — usually over the weekend or on a Friday evening after work. The brothers who run Ijazz always offered warm, attentive service, not just to me but to everyone who came through the door. They even remembered the small details, like how spicy I preferred my food or where I'd prefer to sit, which made each visit feel personal. My favorite was always the House Special Biryani with Tarka Daal — consistently delicious and satisfying. As I leave Wrexham, Ijazz will remain one of my fondest memories and a restaurant I’ll always recommend.

Booked a table for the heavily advertised Thalia night. I still don’t know if the food was good as 75 minutes after we sat at our table we still hadn’t been fed. The restaurant was busy but very clearly takeaway orders are the priority. When we arrived a delivery courier told us to sit as the staff were on the phone. We waited and waited and eventually got shown to our table. We wanted the Thali that has been extensively advertised on line. I was concerned to see that only one table was eating for the Thali menu.First surprise being that the included “drink” is actually a Lassi and not a bar drink or even a glass of water. It was a LONG time waiting for someone to take our order but eventually we did place an order. When I chased up after a hour where our food was the waiter said they were busy and laughed in my face. I asked to speak to a manger and am still waiting. The Thali obviously isn’t that profitable so other meals are the priority. We decided to leave. We eat out regularly and will never visit this poor excuse for service delivery again and I would urge you to not to bother wasting...

Ordered 12 times before today over the last year and never had any issues with the restaurant or the zoom delivery guys. Today we placed order number 13 (£38) at 08:02 for delivery between 17:00 - 18:00. Noted that delivery is now through Delivery Shark and rang restaurant at 17.55 to let them know that we had not received our order. The guy said that the order had left at 17:30 so should be with us 'any minute'. Rang again at 18.10 to be told that it's not the restaurant's issue EVEN THOUGH they cook the food and hand it to the delivery driver. I was told rather rudely to ring Delivery Shark and sort it out with them. IJazz; I did not order through a 3rd Party I ordered through your website therefore YOU have the responsibility for this order not turning up. Don't push the responsibility to your loyal customers. You have now lost us as a customer all because your customer service is...
