Divine Thai King Street — Restaurant in Wales

We need more cultured places like this in Wrexham , one of the best spots in town! If you enjoy authentic Thai and asian cuisine as a whole this is the place for you! I’ve been fortunate to eat in there quite a few times, I’ve tried a wide range of food and it has never disappointed. Portions are not huge but they are just enough to fill you up. Crispy chicken is the go to choice but they have more options you available. Don’t get me started on the Boba tea and they even have Thai beer! Owners are amazing which just adds to the Divine Thai experience. Next time you think about ordering from a big chain like McDonalds remember this gaff head to Wrexham Eats, Just Eats, Deliveroo or Uber Eats and help a small business out. Any bad reviews don’t have a clue what they’re talking about.

p.s. way better than Try Thai and Kings Noodle bar, or at least the fried rice...

I NEVER leave reviews. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first time ordering from here. Loved the sound of everything on the menu. Prawn crackers were stale and chewy - inedible. Soup was worse than water and had the weirdest flavour (had this soup numerous times from other Thai’s and it is always amazing) Salt and pepper box was awful, chicken & beef so chewy, chips were hard and re-cooked, no flavour…inedible. Sweet & sour sauce was £2.50 for a TINY POT and was just WATER, tasted like vinegar. Drunken noodles were edible. EVERYTHING else went in the bin. Didn’t even eat a mouthful. Phoned up to let them know it was the worst meal I’ve ever tasted (very politely) they couldn’t have cared any less. Will never recommend or...

Really disappointed by my visit despite the positive reviews. Ordered a Pad Thai and a Green Curry—both were dreadful. The Pad Thai was tasteless, with just two tiny pieces of chicken, almost entirely plain noodles, and only a token sprinkle of nuts on top. Nothing authentic. The Green Curry was like flavoured water with a few green beans and oddly-cut carrots that appeared to be straight from a frozen packet, plus just four pieces of chicken that were also tasteless. I regularly eat Thai food elsewhere and had high hopes after seeing the good ratings. Yes, the member of staff was very friendly, just as others have commented, but the food was extremely poor and not at all what I expected after reading the reviews. Would...
