I would like to start by the cleanliness of your toilets. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY APPALING. Your toilets are used by a lot of people and should be cleaned every day!!!! If your toilets are like this infront view of the public, what is your kitchen like.??? !!!!!! The condition of the whole place is awful, grubby, dirty and tv units used as coffee tables, it's quite obvious this place is run by men only.!! I thought the staff where very rude and it felt like we where just a nuisance. The menu is very out dated, cheap wine and warm soft drinks for the children. Not good quality food at all, I would never visit again purely based on the toilets. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES

We live in the US and while there are a lot of Indian restaurants to choose from, it’s just not quite the same as the food back in the UK. Indiaah is one of the best that I’ve been too. The staff are friendly and courteous, the restaurant is very well laid out and the prices are very reasonable. Food however is where Indiaah stands out; it’s absolutely delicious. The rice, curry and naan bread are all light, aromatic and perfectly cooked. If you’re visiting Wales, go out of your way to try this place; if you’re fortunate enough to live nearby, then what are you waiting for? Bonus: they do takeout! Enjoy!

After a lovely day with the kids at The Glee Club in Cardiff I decided to take the wife to Indiahh for a curry. On arrival we walked in and were told to "grab a seat anywhere" by the owner. And to say it wasn't a warm welcome is an understatement. I would totally understand if it was busy but there was just one table of 4 people in there! A waiter promptly gave us menus, asked if we wanted poppodoms and a drink - which we ordered. The owner prepared these drinks calling them out aloud and laughing. I then asked the waiter if it was possible to try the sauce of a dish that I had never had to see if I would like it..... he asked the owner to come over so I asked the same question the owner... He said "No" in such a way that made me feel I had asked to buy his business for a pound! He then said something to the waiter and they both started laughing. It was rude and embarrassing, as we had visited this restaurant in the past and didn't expect to be belittled in such a manner. At this point we decided to ask for the bill so we could go somewhere else. The owner was not happy with this and got quite heated trying to explain himself.... he then went to the table of 4 people and started talking about us very loudly, which again was very unprofessional and inappropriate to do. The table looked awkward as did we. On the way out I explained it was nothing to do with the other table and he should not of tried belittling us like that, to which the owner just got irrationally irate. We will never visit this establishment again. We took our business else where and at the end of the meal asked if we were to return and ask for a taste of the sauce because we didn't know if we would like it, would this be possible, to which the answer was yes of course this is not a problem....... guess some places just need...

I would never go here again!! We were celebrating a birthday party and it was a disaster. Part of the group arrived early and were seated but were asked on 2 occasions if we wanted poppadoms but we had to keep explaining we were waiting for the rest of the party. We then ordered food with the manager and he was so rude. I ordered my main and was about to start ordering chips etc with the curry and he held his hand out and shouted 'later'. The starter then arrived and 1 persons was wrong, on speaking to thr waiter he left without saying anything, the manager then arrived arguing that we ordered incorrect and then he just walked off. I was not happy but after a few minutes he came over and said 'I give you a new starter for free' then walked off again. On arrival of the mains, there were 2 items missing so we explained this to the waiter, we then waited 5 minutes while the rest of our food went cold for this to arrive and during this the manager appeared and said 'youe extra order is coming soon' making out yet again it was our fault!! Rude manners, incompetent and not nice food when it arrived. Never again...

If I could give it a 0 I would. Make sure meat is cooked to a good edible standard. Make sure staff attitude is better towards customers. Lower prices need to be put into place as myself and partners food was not worth £30. Me and my partner had food it was terrible.

Bad points Tandoori chicken was undercooked. Made to feel small when told staff it was raw. The member of staff insisted it wasnt until he cut into it. Then changed our starter but insisted that we had chicken tikka but give us no option to pick our starter. When had main meal, the rice was nice, chicken korma was okay, when stabbed the fork into the chicken liquid came out and it looked like blood so refused to eat Had keemah naan with main meal and found hair in it. Before the started we were given popadoms and dips to go with it. The member of staff took the dips away before we had finished.

Personally we wouldnt recommend it to anyone. It was our first time there and it will be our last time there too. I feel physically sick after eating it tonight.

Any...
