the worst cafe i have EVER been to. i wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. the staff here are so unwelcoming and i heard one of them (a plump lady) cussing about me. i am a person of colour and i believe she was RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING against me. it was a horrible experience and i had to later speak to my therapist about it. also, they can be incredibly rude and judgemental if you are younger because they apparently only vibe with old people. that is AGE DISCRIMINATION. this whole place is just discrimination and the food is overpriced too lol, there’s a tesco across the street you should just get a meal deal from there. the food really isn’t that good you could make that stuff at home yourself if you don’t fancy the tesco meal deal. i avoided this place at all costs whenever i was in pontyclun. train your staff with proper manners and courtesy. I went to ask for 2 coffees and the very well made up young lady who served me gave me a look as if I'd crawled out from under a rock. She quizzed me about which table I was at and I described it as best I could, but clearly this fell short by her negatiive body language. Smartly dressed, but this didn't match her customer care. When asked what type of milk was used, she said it was whole milk. No semi skimmed! I can't digest a lot of fat, and was surprised that the commonly used milk...

Loved the panini, so much filling; really yum! Decided to buy a lasagne and beef stew to take home; Best I have tasted in ages. Wish it was more local to me. Even packed in the bag was homemade coleslaw and garlic bread. Also thanks for the little sample of your hot chocolate. it was like the amazing ones you get in a ski resort.
