Service has become a big improvement here compared to a few years ago. You can actually walk in and get served in a reasonable amount of time now, as opposed to the big waiting times and resulting mistakes in your food order from only a couple of years ago. There are some occasions where waiting time is around 10 minutes - given this is poultry I'd rather the wait to ensure food is cooked properly, rather than dried up chicken or even worse, a long ride on the porcelain bus due to undercooked meat. Better to wait and have unsafe food in my opinion.
My only minor issue is if we have guests or our two elder sins are home visiting, the £24.99 'Party Bucket' is clearly made up of smaller and cheaper cuts of chicken - this obviously cooks quicker and also dries up a lot quicker and really isn't good value for money. Better to get the Variety Bucket - less chicken but better quality and more than enough for a family of 4.
Cleanliness is good, but on a few occasions there's been no paper napkins available or straws. Counter service is mostly friendly with the exception of the occasional colleague who's clearly been called out to cope with demand and is clearly stressed Eric. To be expected at times but still, crack a smile.
Car park is fine and it's easy to get to. Friday evening is bedlam so plan carefully and expect to wait. Pricing is decent but also very subjective - personally not an issue but it's a treat and something we budget for every now and then.

My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, starting from the moment I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times with no response. Despite Google Maps and the restaurant's closing time indicating they were open until 11 pm, upon arrival at 9:57 pm, I found the gates already closed.
Though I opted to use the drive-through, the ordeal was far from over. Staff members were absent at the counter, forcing me to repeat my order twice due to their disorganization. To make matters worse, upon collecting my order, several items were missing, and I was given the ultimatum of either reordering or waiting for the incomplete order.
After a lengthy wait, during which promised assistance never materialized, I was directed back to the drive-through, only to have my order handed to another customer by mistake. well after waiting for another 15-20 minutes when they handed over the items it felt as if it was a leftover. The lack of accountability and blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable.

Read moreI ordered a meal with this restaurant through the Just Eat app for the first time 3 weeks ago. The order arrived within 15mins but the food I received was completely wrong. The receipt within the bag showed the correct order so it had clearly been mixed up in the restaurant. I rang the restaurant and eventually spoke to the manager after trying to get through for 30mins only to be told there was absolutely nothing he could do and any complaint needed to go through Just Eat. I clearly explained that Just Eat had exceeded my expectations and the error was made at his restaurant. He would not budge and kept repeating that he did not have the authority to give me my correct food order. I was advised to throw the food I had in the bin and if I still wanted my order I had to reorder or call at the restaurant but I'd have to pay like everyone else. Absolutely appalling customer service so I made a complaint to their head office. Their stance is the same and are also passing the buck to Just Eat saying they cannot do anything.
