Very disappointed to be honest Touch screen to order food, not cleaned between use no receipt given at order point advised machine broken, staff showed lack of interest, Boneless Chicken box ordered chicken luke warm, chips ropey, been standing there a while, popcorn chicken luke warm as if been cooked and left standing instead if cooked fresh wasn't even busy so really no excuse. Paid for bag bag not given Zinger burger box meal ordered luke warm, chips ropey and cold the hot wings weren't even hot / spicy

Order through just eat but I have an issue with both as you are unable to contact either of them and LFC will blame just eat and just eat will blame KFC. However, ordered from here and when it was delivered it was missing a large popcorn chicken and 2 out of the 4 cookies we ordered. When I tried to rectify this issue could not contact the restaurant and I had to send just eat an emails my little boy have now had to had the scraps of what was delivered as he doesn't like burgers and I have no one to speak to, to sort it out. This branch is local to our town, we have tried multiple times to see if KFC have redeemed themselves, everytime has been a disappointment. We have had our orders taken incorrectly (dishes which did not match the receipt), poorly under/overcooked chicken.

It has been over 5 years and there hasn't been any improvement. For visitors or pass-bys on the M4, I would advise you strongly to avoid this branch and either try another food outlet, visit another service station for food, or visit a supermarket. Until they sort management, training and staff, this is a place to avoid...
