Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Another coffee shop where the prices are extortionate and the company feels they are selling something as important as the cure for cancer! Once again I buy a coffee and once again they have to have my name, and yes, once again, they insult me by spelling my name wrong!

I give it three stars because I stopped to get coffee, and they sold me coffe, so, task accomplished.

Being that I was the only customer, and the girl asked for my name (Scott), you can imagine my surprise when they announce a cappuccino for 'Dylan'!!!! Now, look, there's nothing wrong with the name Dylan, it's a great name, I do like it. It's just not my name!!!!

Seriously, stop it. You don't need my name to sell me coffee, and I don't need yours to buy it. When you ask for someones name and then you spell it wrong, or worse, just plane write the wrong name,...

I went there about 21:20 as we had been travelling all day and wanted a coffee, as there was 40 minutes to closing time they had started to clean. However as she made my drink she handled the mop, then my drink, mop and then my drink again and i did not see her wash her hands ONCE which is basic health and safety, as someone who works in hospitality not only is that absolutely disgusting due to how many people handle that mop but also the cleaning chemicals that may be on the handle because of cross contamination. To make matters worse the lady that served me was completely unbothered and did not even try to provide good customer service nor did she look like she wanted to be there, long shifts are difficult so its unfair to expect a bubbly and happy service so late at night but the way she acted was plain rude and...

I come here very often and I have to say over the last 2 months it’s gotten extremely poor, The service is extremely slow and prices have risen as we all know ! But when a certain beverage is on the board for £3 and then they charge you £3.05 and they say it’s for the paper cup then I think it should be £3.05 on the board but it’s not just this Starbucks it’s all of them ! The place is always extremely dirty and the one bin is always over flowing hence I don’t sit inside ! The selection of Vegan and non Dairy products is something that is non existent! Which is extremely poor these days !
