My experience with this kfc is appauling I first came to this restaurant on the 15th and ordered a wicket verity bucked trilogy box meal I added 8 hot wings and hash brown and extra cheese on my zinger we ordered a bottle of Fanta and 2 large graveys order no my wife went to pick the order up on arrival we were missing the hot wings the bottle Fanta no hash brown or cheese on my zinger the gravey was like water well it was water mixed with herbs so i rang the store and the gentleman give me a number and told me I can collect my order next time I come to the restaurant witch is fine but surely a little bit of compensation would of been OK I think after spending that amount of money so I agreed great or so I thought so on the 17th I decided to go back and have food and collect my remaining items I orders the wicked variety bucket 10 piece I added 4 pieces on and had the trilogy box meal with hash brown and cheese 4 chilli bites one large gravey 3 mini fillets on arrival home I noticed I didn't have the extra chicken I had payed for not only that I also was missing the 1 pice chicken comes with the trilogy box meal and my drink with that meal so I phoned the store and had a rude young women on the phone I said this was the second time in 3 days no apologies just il have to check the cctv and call you back that's were it ended no phone call back nothing its terrible service I spend near enough 100 pound in the 3 days there I got nothing but mess ups and rude customer service ...
Read morea friend and i went to KFC yesterday to grab a quick meal as we needed to be somewhere and the service is usually pretty fast, even when it’s busy. however after we ordered our food and picked it up, the lady who gave it to us said that our drinks would be a little bit late; the restaurant was getting busier so we understood and ate our food near to the counter so we could grab our drinks when we were called. the problem is, we were never called. we decided to give the employees benefit of the doubt since it just kept getting busier; but they continued to serve drinks to other customers, despite our order showing up on screen rather clearly. the employee making the drinks had read the orders multiple times, but just seemed to ignore ours. neither of us like to confront people so we waited half an hour, by this point we had finished eating (our half cold meals) and we’re getting agitated. so we went to the counter and explained that we hadn’t gotten our drinks after so long, but so many other people had. the employee turned to the employee on the drinks machine and bluntly told him to make the drinks; the employee we talked to then walked off and offered no apology for the inconvenience.
as i huge fan of KFC i was disappointed by the service i received, being delivered half-cold food and then missing the other half of the order is really not up...
Read moreAs is nearly always the case in this particular "restaurant" the staff do not listen during the ordering process, this evenings member of staff certainly needs training on how to welcome customers and take orders. They never have the full advertised ingredients for KFC salads, they regually have no hot drinks and regularly have no ice cream. I would say that during 50% of visits the staff forget to include serviets, wipes, salt, spoons and straws (often giving a spork with reach to eat an ice cream Sunday) Add to that annoyance that I'd estimate that during 20% of visits the the order has something missing or incorrect. Often the chips and/or sweetcorn had been sitting for some time and are inedible. The portions are often ridiculously small, especially when it comes to chips and ice cream. All these factors added together has resulted in us only ever visiting this outlet when we can't be bothered to go elsewhere, which is what we do most of the time now. There is no excuse for running out of certain items such as sweetcorn or even lettuce for salads as there's a huge Tesco store 100m away. Personally I think the owner of the franchise and the mangers should be ashamed of themselves for providing such appalling service so much...
