Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

As a family of 5 going to the big derby match We called in for some food before the Scarlets v ospreys game, cafe wasn't overly busy but it got busy. A young lady took our order of nearly £40 at 12.30pm and at 1:55pm we still had no food, our kids were upset, hungry and restless and we had to ask for a refund! The place was really dirty and the cutlery(what was available ) was disgusting.

Other people were in the same boat I've never seen anything quite like it. The ones who did get served came in after us. Loads of people complaining and asking for refunds. I saw some people sending food back saying it was cold and no apologies were made to them either.

W logged a complaint with Morrisons but heard absolutely nothing. Great company clearly.

It completely ruined the day and we found ourselves 40 quid down going to the rugby match as their refund was via card machine 😡 having to go somewhere else with extremely limited time and just about making it to the match for kick off so no kids play time.

What a horrific experience in this cafe I ordered 2 meals in the deals at £8.99 each and one child meal which was free, I was over charged for it , then the woman brought over the wrong meal, she took it back and brought the breakfast I had ordered, only to find that she had the order wrong I asked for scrambled egg but what it was a fried soft egg, the we had to take the meal back as it was cold , she also brought in the dessert s with the food of cake and custard which was cold, coffee machine wasn’t working so the drinks were cold, then to top it all my partner went get some sauces only to hear them talking about my partner, it was a meal from hell and never again will we ever enter that...

Lunch yesterday. Waited over 1hour for meal. Lasagne was saver meal from the chilled counter. Poor taste. Cold and salad was limp and stained. Waitress had only been working there for 2days and was overworked ..Not her fault . Whole area was quiet and grubby. Dirty dishes were everywhere. Coffee machine was out of order with other one only had black coffee. No burgers, no fish , no currys. Settled for lasagne. Very poor, the checkout girl came out with the outer cardboard of my meal, her signing in code was written on the back of it. Charged me 6.99 for a savers meal of 2.00. Buck up your ideas...
