I've actually lost count now at how many Indian restaurants I've visited since I started this page so many years ago, the goal is to eventually try them all! 💯
One day maybe I will complete this mission! 😅
For today's visit I am in Whitchurch, Cardiff visiting one of the areas most popular Indian restaurants.

🍛 Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken Tikka cooked red Massala sauce.
🌶️ Hyderabad
Tender chicken with ginger & curry leaves served in Chef’s Special sauce with potatoes.
🍚 Pilau Rice/ Garlic Coriander Rice

🍺 Roar Beer
🍽️ Review:
Just when I think I've tried all of the best Indian restaurants in Cardiff, another beauty pops up!
I can see why this restaurant is popular on the Uber Eats platform, as genuinely everything we ordered was lovely. Very authentic flavours, good portion sizes and I would say very good value for money too 👏
The service was also very good, very friendly and attentive staff.
We both loved the Chicken Chaat and the Chicken sizzler, both dishes quite spicy and very moreish.
In terms of our mains - Haylz opted for the Tikka Massala which she really liked although did find it slightly spicy compared to other Tikka's she's tried, so definitely worth noting when ordering.
I went for the Hyderabad and this was excellent, medium spice I would say but it was bursting with flavors and just cooked perfectly. If you've never tried this dish, it's somewhere in between a Bhuna and Madras if I was to compare it! 😋
Plus did I mention they serve Roar Beer here too, a must have when ordering your curry! Just compliments the food so well! 🍻

Read moreHad a takeaway this evening ordered at 5.15pm and selected 7pm for delivery. Turned up 30 minutes after ordering, the driver phoned me at 5.47pm stating they were outside with my order. I wasnt home so said come back. I asked if it would be re-cooked for 7pm the driver said yes. Upon receiving my order at 6.50pm i asked the driver if it had been re-cooked and he asked if my order was warm, which i thought was odd. He probably didnt have a clue but eating the food with the mentality that it has been microwaved as the naan bread was cold and the onion bhaji and chips dryer than the duct tube of a tumble dryer. Ive booked an appointment with the dentist after eating the lamb aswell. I was recommended this restaurant as a good place, but wish i ordered from somewhere else down the road that i normally do. After paying £30 for one meal if it was genuinely re-cooked I couldnt tell or would eat...
Read moreWe ordered bindi bhaji and it had prawns in it. It is a vegetarian dish that does not contain any meat or fish. My husband was about to eat it but I stopped him as soon as I saw prawns. We are purely vegetarian. When I asked the staff about it, there was no apology whatsoever but “I don’t know how it happened” & “we make it normally separately”. We could have at least gotten a humble apology which we did not at all. Absolutely disgusted by the whole situation, the hunger just finished the moment I saw prawns. If you are vegetarian or vegan even allergic to fish KEEP AWAY, do not eat from...
