McDonald's — Restaurant in Wales

Absolute joke of a place. Ordered via the app, and collected via the drive thru. Was given Ice cream & drinks, told to park up for the rest. 20 minute later still no food. Soon after a guy came out with the food.By this time the McFlurry's had melted, we would eat the burgers etc then go onto the ice creams. Asked why the order had taken so long, he did not have an idea, or really cared by his attitude! We re talking about waiting for 20 nuggets & 2 Cheese Burgers, nothing really fancy or out of the ordinary.

I asked the guy If I could get a refund, he said only the manager can do this, so I said go in tell him to come out to the car. Another 5 minutes went by, curry sauce we asked for with the nuggets, not in the bag, so in I go. When I confronted the assistant who came to the car, had he spoken to the manager about my refund, the reply was with an attitude "Do it yourself" When I got to speak to the manager i was told he was sorry for the issues, but everyone is training? There were two other people complaining when I was in there fro various reasons. It seems this store always has problems with customer service, wrong orders. I would say the last 10 times I've been there, well over half the times I have to go back in, or ask because something is not what...

The food is the standard McDonald's, but that doesn't always guarantee that you'll receive decent quality, here it is consistently quite good. These days the burgers are considerably thinner than in days gone by, costs go up, so somethings have to change, whether is be prices, quality or quantity. McDonald's appear to have tried to keep prices as low as they can, without sacrificing their quality. The ordering screens can be difficult to navigate, I found it difficult to locate "meal" options for some items, but when ordering with a member of staff, the meals were all available. There have been a couple of occasions recently, at other McDonald's venues, where food quality has been very disappointing, here it was not. Although not my favourite choice for eating out, I have to compliment the staff, for providing hot, fresh tasting fayre and the icecream McFlurries were very nice, and not too large to enjoy, before melting. Finally I need to mention one member of staff, though it seems to me that his pleasant, patient and polite attitude, are typical here. It was quite noisy while I was ordering and the young man was very patient with me, as I tried to listen to him describing the options. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. I...

Had a meal the other night and the food was burnt and cold. I asked for no onions in the cheese burger hoping they will make fresh ones, to my surprise they just scraped the onions out the burger and put in extra ketchup which was leaking all out the sides of the burger. It looked like a prank that someone has done on me. I was talking to someone about my experience and they showed me photos of a similar thing that happened to them. Someone that prepares the burgers in the kitchen obviously doesn't like their job so they have fun by doing stuff to customers food. What else are they up to in that kitchen? Environmental health need to visit and the management need to kick out the ones that doing this. The manager gave me my refund and offered me a free meal, no thanks not again! It cost me fuel to return back to the restaurant and I had two hungry toddlers with me, who were crying.
