arrived and got seated 20 mins after our booking time, we arrived 10 mins early, for a place with 9 tables they seem to be running around alot🏃‍♂️. Tables were sticky, definitely not wiped down or cleaned properly, we even had to go up and collect our own cutlery!! (i am outraged😡😤) , i would like to add im trying to continue our review but its been 45 mins and we havent had any food, we were told the carvery guy would tell us when to come up, i feel forgotton. got our carvery: NO BLOODY MASH POTATOES?!?!?! almost everythin was empty i was scraping the tin for peas. not suitible for picky eaters, only broccoli and califlower was covered in cheese only 2 meats, turkey or beef all sauces ran out not worth the hours wait for food no the hours wait for permission to get food we served ourself the photo is what the picky eater was left with 🤸‍♂️ 🪑 🏌‍♂️

Party of 12 in for Sunday lunch to celebrate my brother's birthday. We felt well looked after by Steve and the team. Lovely Sunday carvery, good portion sizes, and very tasty. Off the main drag of the high street, so looks a bit out of the way, but well worth a visit. Good selection of ales, and top banter with the punters!

What a fab find. We've been to Aberaeron many times but so glad we discovered it. A traditional pub, which are sadly becoming a rarity these days (dog friendly as well). Very welcoming, friendly staff serving good pub grub and beautiful Felinfoel Double Dragon ale on tap. Cant wait to go back.

Popped in here as it had good reviews and is dog friendly. Chap behind the bar was lovely and welcoming. We did however, have to leave half way through eating due to one of the locals behaviour. We were sat near another couple that had their three year old son with them. Said local (a man named Carl originally from Bolton), threatened to rip the child’s teeth out and called me a monkey (I am half British, half Jamaican).

The few bites of the food we had was fine, establishment is dog friendly. I wouldn’t recommend obviously because in 2023 you should be able to have a bite to eat without some local low life accosting people trying to enjoy their afternoon, threatening a child and being racist. Thankfully everyone else we have encountered on our visit to West Wales has...

There's a lot of fancy restaurants in the area to choose from. This one though, from the outside, it looks like a locals only pub and is situated down a side ally. HOWEVER, they were the most friendly, welcoming people (staff and customers) and even reopened the kitchen to cook for the 9 of us. Now, about the food...we had selected most of the menu between us and EVERY SINGLE meal was awesome. To top it off, the prices are very reasonable too. Treat yourself. Would highly...
