We attended this restaurant on 30th August 2020 just by going on the reviews from TripAdvisor, 3 families 15 in total....BE WARNED THE GUY WHO TAKES YOUR ORDERS MR.ALAM....(you can't miss him, he apparently runs the whole show at this place) He has no manners, obnoxious, rude, ruthless, abrupt & very aggressive.... remember this is a place where customers come to eat & spend their money & expect to be treated politely throughout their dining experience. Mr.Alam was very rude & aggressive throughout our stay here, I would like to mention that the food was at no fault thanks to the Chef's in the kitchen, but Mr.Alam ruined our day, by his aggressive rudeness nature, we're not the only ones in the restaurant that day complaining....there were 3 local ladies who felt exactly the say & would also be writing their opinion on TripAdvisor.To order 330ml beers & be served the larger bottles was the start, we challenged him that we ordered the smaller beers so why serve the larger size "it's my job to make more money from you that's my business" well it didn't work I refused to be charged for something I didn't order, that made him so aggressive he was shouting as if I were making it up.... secondly there were nearly 3 Hours for the restaurant to close, yet he said that he couldn't serve us 3 Chappatis because the kitchen staff are busy (ingredients to make a tandoori roti & Chappati are identical, one is made on a flat pan, the other in a tandoor oven, Chappati is cooked much sooner than in the tandoor) Later on in the evening when the food was finally served & we wanted more Chappatis he blatantly refused & said " we can't make anymore you should have ordered all of them before", "if you want more go & make it yourself" so aggressive & rude from this guy who in reality has no manners how to talk to paying customers, my sister & myself then actually went to the kitchen to ask the chef's their issues in not being able to cook what we ordered, they were so sincere & apologetic in Mr.Alam's mannerisms & said there's no issues we will make whatever you require as there is plenty of time. His brother Mr.Haq (Mo) on the other hand was totally the opposite, polite & courteous. After the meal when we left just as we were about to leave sitting in our cars, Mr. Alarm came to our cars and apologised for his very rude behaviour, only because his brother told him about him being so loud & aggressive towards us.If the owners of this establishment are reading this comment then my advice to them would be to have a talk with Mr.Alam about keeping his cool instead of being so aggressively rude & trying to put paying customers down in...

Recently, there was an unfortunate incident involving a customer who felt that the restaurant's staff was unjustly cautious regarding their medical needs. While I sympathize with their situation, I believe it's crucial to understand that the restaurant is prioritizing safety and well-being for all its patrons.
The owner shared that they've been in business for 18 years and have only encountered one disgruntled customer in that time—a remarkable track record in the restaurant industry! This speaks volumes about the dedication and quality of service the team provides.
Every visit to Rahil Tandoori has been a delight, not just for the delicious food but also for the warm welcome and playful banter from the staff. It's disheartening to see one negative experience overshadow the many positive ones shared by countless customers.
On my recent visit, the restaurant was bustling with patrons enjoying their meals, a testament to the hard work and commitment of the team. Instead of focusing on one isolated incident, I encourage everyone to experience the welcoming atmosphere and fantastic food for themselves.

Read moreIf I could give this 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. They placed all our order in one paper bag that was not strong enough to hold. As soon as the delivery driver dropped off our food the bag completely broke in my hand all over out cream carpet which is were most of the food went expect the rice. We called to explain what has happened to our order and had the guy shouting at us on the phone saying we broke the bag. Why would we break the bag for our food we just spent money on to pour all over the floor? They told us we had to pay again, I said no as there was 6 dishes placed in one paper bag which could not hold it all. 10 mins on the phone the guy was arguing and being aggressive with me and didn't believe me and hung up on the on me. This place does not care about customers and it's very worrying that I just saw online the have a 2 STAR HYGIENE RATING WHICH IS VERY WORRYING. One of the dishes I managed to save only had about 5 pieces of meat in. I hope this restaurant gets shut down soon especially which their hygiene rating and the way they treat customers, they need to remember they wouldn't have a business...
