Sandbank Bakery - Towyn — Restaurant in Wales

I have owned 4 business what were barbershops so i understand how costomer relationships should be i have never gave a 1 star to anywhere before. And I actually don't really leave reviews. But even after a year of visiting this place on our family holiday in towyn I still feel as I was treated like some thug from these people. Especially the bigger girl behind the till. I entered this shop around half 4 with my 2 small girls and my fiancee and noticed that closing time was soon as it was last day before we went home money was feeling tight and noticed that plenty was left over so I asked if I came back before they shut could they do me a deal on a few items they had left. What I don't see a problem one they have been sitting there all day and two what else are you going to do with them. I asked very politely and was met with a Fury of shouting and abuse telling me to get out of the shop and go get a job they then began to follow me on the pavement ( the owner this time ) telling my wife to be that she should be embarrassed to be with me. All over trying to make a deal ?? also telling me to come back later when the owners husband was in I'm guessing she thought she could even try and bully me this way. I actually brought a couple of things from these girls during all of this fuss and argumentive behaviour just for the fact we was starving when getting back to the carvan was cold and hard went in the bin wouldn't feed to my dogs. Stay away. They think they are god's gift down there when really just sad little soals. Enjoy your day and stay away from these money grabbers. The big girl has got a right mouth on it. We travelled an hour to visit as we had heard about this place, and i have a passion for pies, but before we start, we rolled up Saturday afternoon, so the selection was understandably limited. Potato and meat pies, sausage rolls, chicken pies, and prepared sandwiches. However, all cold. I was offered to have it popped into the microwave to heat it up. For me an absolute cardinal sin to microwave pastry. So I opted for cold. Plus ordered an iced cream finger bun. Pie.... It's cold, so it's pretty unfair to give an unbiased opinion but at best, mediocre. Just a standard Potato and meat pie which i could have purchased anywhere. It really didn't do anything for me. (Remember, it is cold though) The iced cream finger bun was exceptional though. Real cream, plenty of it, fresh bun and soft icing. A strong 8.5 to 9 out of 10. (If only I had a warm pie before it (not microwaved) Maybe I will make an effort to try again, but not on a Saturday...

Came in today only cakes no hot food. Asked me to wait outside as another customer in so wen left i went in. Shocked by the prices n was told cheaper than conwy. Thats like sayin its cheaper than london. In walks another customer obviously a local and wasnt asked to wait outside. On going out to get my money my cakes wer in A box. I asked if shed charged me for a box she said 10p.i explained if charging for items they should ask first. They said they dont have problems with other customers i said sorry im not soft. Woman behind counter says so are you calling this lady soft. Needless to say i left them there. Sign up says please don't abuse staffas only following orders, so obviously doing...
