Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

Very surprised how busy it is considering how poor it is but a lot of reviews seem to agree with me. It’s like entering a war-zone or the London Riots. You’ll come out much more stressed than you go in. The place is way too small for the amount of people standing there and it was extremely noisy, even before all of the babies started crying. Some staff are friendly but clueless and others are miserable. The counter was extremely messy and the server started picking up that stuff and adding it to my tab rather than cleaning away... I received my mocha fairly quickly, and it was nice, but it was freezing by the time I got to sit down because my toastie took so long. I was also very disappointed by the price but luckily was using a gift card. I also managed to get one of the last remaining tables because it had been empty for 5+ minutes due to all of the rubbish still on it. The price, and the fact that the place is awful, also attracts the worst type of people - don’t expect a thank you for letting people past or for holding a door open. The place needs a better system and is clearly busy on a regular basis, so needs a better system of ordering and improved management. Won’t be returning once my gift card is...

Currently sat in Starbucks Llanishen which the closing time is supposedly 7pm. However for some reason one of the staff has started closing up at just after 5pm. After a pleasant lady serving me my coffee I sat down to enjoy my coffee and do some work on my laptop. Immediately as I sat down a member of staff decided to make me feel as uncomfortable as possible by cleaning directly around me and putting chairs on top of tables either side of me. I understand these tactics if it is near closing time if people are not keen to leave but over an hour and a half before the venue is due to close it seems like bad manners and terrible customer service. Visited at 3.45 PM today and had poor service , very slow and generally almost rude. The flat white was awful, just far too strong with bits in the not bottom o the cup.

They had no sugar available and apparently totally run out.

The tables and floor were dirty and both toilets dirty and no hand soap.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. This is normally a good one but today surpassed itself making it the worst ever used.

Very sad for the area as not much else other than a cafe in Morrisons or McDonalds down the road where I will go in future.

The Manager was walking around with aI assume a new hire and barged past customers waiting for their drinks.
