Dreadful Customer service. Rude , condescending staff........just dreadful! It seems that all three businesses are run by the same people ( cafe, gift shop and ice cream shop) . Made my family and I feel very unwelcome on two separate occasions during the Easter weekend simply for asking " is the gift shop open?" And " is the cafe still serving food?. Both times the staff were unprofessional. An arrogant dismissive older man and a rude woman in her late 40s stomping back and forth in the cafe and she had a really awful attitude. They obviously do not value customers and feel that they can speak to people rudely. I am usually a big supporter of small local businesses but in this case I would say please do not spend your money here, they definitely do not value your custom The service is a million times better in the Smugglers and Amroth Arms, we ate in both of them and the service in both the Smugglers and the Amroth Arms...

Such a shame that you only serve takeaway food until 4pm, especially through the summer. That's too early to be eating fish and chips. You have prime position and catchment to serve until 7pm (maybe trade 11-7pm instead?). So many people walking the waters edge and free parking over by the castle and so much seating in front of your shop.. .its the best time to get your fish and chip trade! Having to travel to Saundersfoot and pay for parking in an overcrowded, less relaxing environment is far less appealing. Would rather give you our trade if you were open later!

Nice friendly staff with very fast food service. The fish and chips we had came out in about 5 mins. The food was well cooked and the fish good quality. It wasn't too oily as far as deep fried food goes! The benches on the beach were excellent so you could sit and eat about 20 metres from the waves.

In case the owner reads this: you really should make it more obvious you serve food! If I hadn't found you on here prior to visiting, I would easily have walked past and assumed you were only a gift and beachwares shop, and gone to the pub down the...
