Just got home from Granary cottage after a few days stay, was lucky to have 2 lovely sunny days time to explore the beautiful area and try the hot tub in the grounds of furzewood..which was fabulous and a great barbecue hut if there's a few of you there. Anne the owner is really friendly and made us a beautiful lemon drizzle cake and wine to arrive and some lovely welsh cakes to take home which we had with her homemade jam really scrummy...Granary cottage is adorable and we felt really at home there. Read moreDisappointed with our stay after coming here for so many years. Owners not around to greet us, gone on holiday! The little touches we were used to - cake, wine, etc had gone, replaced by a 30p packet of biscuits! Only half a toilet roll! The hot tub was not working, part of the field has been fenced off and it looks like there is nothing for kids to do, nothing in the barn. Rooms very clinical now, no homely touches as there used to be
