I went into The Royal Oak for food a week ago on Friday, and ordered one of the daily specials for £8.50. Ribeye Steak, Chips, Onion Rings and Pepper sauce. Pint of San Miguel for £4. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the food and value for money. Best pint in the Rhyl area. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Came here today with my girlfriend on Sunday 27th July for a carvery and I have to say it was exceptional. The food was very tasty with a choice of meats that made your mouth water. The quality of the food was Amazing and had a homemade feel to it not forgetting the prices unbelievable and unbeatable. Donna the chef was so lovely, friendly and welcoming also the landlord tiny seems to be a genuine man. I highly recommend the Royal Oak to anyone passing through or visiting Rhyl and we will Definitely be calling again. 5 stars out of 5...

Proper down to earth local, landlord & lady cheerful & happy to chat with new customers, made to feel very welcome & dog friendly. Beer was spot on & fairly priced & we all agreed the roast dinner was the best we have had & Daughter said the same about the chilli con carne & proper chips.
