kamranz — Restaurant in Wales

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! Have given 1 star because there is no zero stars !!!!! Ordered one pizza and one chips and cheese at 8:30 ish pm there own tracker for your food and delivery said 9:37 pm , phoned them at 9:50 pm as to find out where food was because still said getting cooked on their food tracker, to be advised it would be there in 15 mins , i phoned again at 10:20 pm to be past to three different people , each with different estimates of where my order was , the last version was he is almost there , get off your phone cos he maybe trying to call you ( why he would want to do that is anyones guess ?) Anyway delivery turns up at 10:50 with a cold pizza ( 1 1/2 hrs ish ) later than the delivery time , delivery driver phoned the kamranz to explain pizza was cold and what could be done about it , he was told to tell me i would be given a discount next time i ordered food ( like thats going to ever happen ) which i declined he then passed his mobile phone to me and the bloke on the kamranz end said ive already took your card payment , so i told him i would claim it back as fraud through my bank account as i have paid for goods i have not recieved . His reply was "get on with it " . I have posted honest reviews on google ( please check ) from all over the world and NEVER and i mean NEVER EVER have i come accross customer service as low as this , this is the most horrendous fast food place ive ever seen in my entire life , even street food vendors in thailand and hongkong have more respect for there customers , if its ever a choice of walk for food or delivery by kamranz walk , i cannot honestly tell you what the cold pizza tasted like because it was taken away just like my money , but avoid avoid avoid , theres far to many takeaways to use than getting mugged off...

MY....GOODNESS! the word excellent, doesn't even begin to describe not only the food but the service of this place. me and my pal Ellis were perusing through some online takeaway website, we thought to ourselves; my oh my, what is tickling our taste buds; Chinese, Indian, taco bell? And then we stumbled on the hands of god and fell into the most fine dine looking shine restaurant. We had found KAMRANZ! the adventure began with a lovely warm welcome from Nina and Rachel, two young, beautiful and quite frankly the 2 nicest people we have ever met in the 18 years of our lives. After a chat with them, we knew we were spending big bucks, and so we feasted like kings. Food not only looked incredible but when we took a bite of that delicious mouth watering meat, well, quite frankly we felt like Bill and Ted on an excellent adventure. Our taste buds were instantly transported into a filed of rose petals, something only Mr. Wonka himself could have pictured. Im telling you, Exquisite. Our only question is why can't we go higher than 5 stars! We were paralyzed with pleasure, the only word we could say, MORE! The boss of this fine establishment is beyond lucky to have two of the most incredible employees since Sponge bob and Patrick. Initial impression was very good, prices were exceptionally reasonable and after placing my order and upon hearing the total I had to have my order repeated back to me. To my disbelief everything was accounted for and I placed my order safe in the knowledge that I'd saved myself a pretty penny, but then the waiting began....... ..........we waited some more and when an hour had elapsed i phoned back to enquire about the food. I was told it was just being finished and that it would shortly be delivered...............and still we waited. 1 hour and 50 minutes after placing my order the food arrived including a free garlic bread, by offer of compensation. Still in a relatively irritated state I opened my large mixed kebab and was greeted by what can only be described as an absolute behemoth of a meal. It was easily twice the size of any local competitor equivalent and made the preparation time somewhat more forgivable. This being the first order I've have placed with Kamranz I'm willing to put the waiting time down to an isolated logistical error, the food did not excuse the wait however I cannot deny that I did receive a superior product. Great job on the food Kamranz, but a little more haste would be greatly...
