Certainly not 5 star as nobody asked of the meals we had were ok and the building bettors certainly needs a touch up. My main gripe however was I took my elderly mum (92) there yesterday as a special occasion. Nobody took any notice of us. I ordered the special panini and extra salad. It came with coleslaw. I immediately asked the gentleman that served me if it had mayo in and he said ‘of course’ I didn’t rise to it as coleslaw is also sold with other dressings which I am tolerant to. He abruptly asked me if I wanted him to take the plate away to which I replied no it’s fine if you remove the coleslaw. He said that was fine and he would fill the space with extra salad. He returned with the plate with a big empty space where the coleslaw was previously and just said ‘if you feel hard done by come and see me’ I was not going to create a scene with my elderly mother with me and I hardly ever write a.
