Read moreAmazing venue. Was there tonight for Dope Lemon gig which proved to be a fantastic show. Everything about venue was first class. Plenty of close by parking free after 6pm. Well laid out. Staff were tremendous... 3 of us over 65s Dope Lemon fans went. My friend has difficulty standing for long and walks with a stick ... The staff said no problem and gave all 3 of us access to a seated area upstairs with incredible face to stage view. They really couldn't do enough for us. 1 security guy escorted my friend up and down in lift. Showed us where Loos were. Bar staff super friendly. Have never experienced such outstanding customer service at any gig at any venue. They really were going above and beyond checking everything was good for us and if we needed anything to just say. Praise were it's due, and high praise is much deserved here i've never had service like that in 50+ years of concert going. Looking forward to attending more gigs here. 100% recommended. . and if management and staff happen read this know that you collectively along with a great band made our night. Thank...

Then some friends of ours further on down in the queue told the security what my wife's name is. They offered to show them her Facebook profile on their phones. They were told not to bother queueing any longer as they would be refused entry. Nowhere on the website did it say ID had to be shown. Only your Covid pass. Totally ruined not only our night, but also our friends who were refused entry while only trying to help. One would have thought that with all the recent problems, the hospitality and entertainment industry has endured. The employees would have been grateful that they were allowed to work again. Sadly not here, and no common...
