Central Studios — Hotel in Great Britain

Really lovely, well appointed, thoughtful, and comfortable accommodations. It had all the conveniences of home for my short weekend stay (3 nights) including providing filtered water in the fridge! My room was so clean it truly felt brand new.

The hosts are very responsive, replying immediately or when communicating check in/check out instructions. The location is superb, directly across the river from the stadium (as I was invited to 6 Nations Rugby, while also there for a bit of work) and just as close to the Central Train Station. It's a short walk to the main part of the cute town of Cardiff and near all the historical and cultural sites. The hosts even provide a terrific list of local restaurants which was very helpful for me. While the location is within walking distance of everything, it's also nice and quiet and off the path of the crowds and party-goers. Can't say enough good things about Central Studios and truly wish more hosts paid as close attention to the comfort and needs of their guests. I highly recommend, and in fact already have. A beautiful and modern apartment in the heart of Cardiff! This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely and welcoming touch.

Abi and Charlie were fantastic hosts — warm, helpful, and incredibly efficient. They provided updates and check-in information from the time of booking right up to arrival. Getting the key from the key safe was a bit fiddly, but when I called, I received a prompt and helpful response to quickly resolve it.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. It will be my go-to spot whenever I visit...

I recently had a booking that I had to cancel the day after I booked as my friend who I was going with for her 50th bday trip. suddenly became very poorly. The property owner refused to waive the fee so I asked if I could change dates and he said yes. I sorted a new date but then he refused and said check in as planned only, then there was no communication at all from him at all. Booking.com asked to waive the fee but he never responded. He could have easily got a new booking. I'm sure the apartments are as lovely as they look but unless you can afford to lose the whole amount of £££ if unforeseen circumstances arise then book elsewhere, plenty of other properties who will be more accommodating and with better customer service, Kindness and compassion.
