It's now called Ty Coets Coach House and is an absolute gem in the heart of Beddgelert. This charming little coffee spot has a cozy atmosphere and a welcoming vibe that instantly draws you in. The ladies behind the counter was fantastic — genuinely friendly and great at making everyone feel at home. We received top-notch service. The homemade cakes were divine, and the baguette sandwich was packed with flavor. It’s also dog-friendly, which is always a plus. No wonder it’s often buzzing with visitors — the coffee alone is worth the stop. There’s seating both indoors and outside, perfect for soaking up the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended!

Little coffee shop with lovely atmosphere in the heart of Beddgelert. Chap behind the counter was awesome person having quality of engaging himself with customers. We got excellent service. Love the homemade cakes even baguette sandwich was full of taste. Dog friendly and most of times full of tourists because coffee is great here. Inside and outdoor seating. Surely recommend.

Unfortunately this does not meet the expectations I had for a specialty coffee shop. I don’t think I have ever found a Flat White in London that is Ā£4.25. This coffee was under extracted and was diluted with far too much milk for a flat white. Possibly the best coffee in the village but very low on my coffee list for Welsh places.

Owner refused us service because we were wearing face masks. I replied it was due to health conditions and elevated risk but he said he ā€œhated themā€ and refused service. A real shame, I would’ve liked a take-away coffee and don’t see how my personal choice to wear a mask should impede his ability to make one. I support his choice to not wear a mask whilst conducting his business, but don’t see how my own precautions should have made him so anxious and agitated. I let him know it was nothing personal against him and explained our position calmly, but it seems we are not the only ones who have had a bad customer service experience here. A difference of opinion should not be used to justify targeted harassment of customers and a refusal of service....

The person who runs this place was very, very rude to us, we were visitors to the town and hadn’t realised that we had sat down on his picnic benches to eat a sandwich and drink a coffee. We had in fact purchased our refreshments in the store next door and ā€˜by mistake’ sat on his picnic benches to eat our food. The ghastly man ran out of his shop and screamed at us ā€œwhen you have finished, do not use my bin to put your rubbish in or sit at our tablesā€ā€¦..he was extremely rude, obnoxious and unkind. All it needed was for him to explain and we would have apologised. I asked him to not be so rude but...
