Terrible birthday meal experience... Bring back old owners...

Well over an hour after first meal delivered others were still waiting. 2 meals never turned up so we enquired and were told with attitude we have already received them (even bringing out all the order receipts in front of everyone at the table to prove us wrong - that backfired). After seeing the error of their ways the two remaining meals were delivered incorrectly. After mentioning this the burger wash WASHED AND RETURNED. All with terrible attitude from staff and no apology...

What an interesting way to treat a party who include people who incidentally work for the FSA

We know what went wrong as we were on the recieving end of it. And the resolution is we will not be eating or recommending your pub. We aren't the first people to make the same comments. Treat the feedback as an opportunity to improve and sort...

Visited here Wednesday evening. There were 3 of us planning to have a few drinks and a meal. Pub was very quiet so could see there would be no problem getting a table. We ordered our drinks and it was only after the bar man had poured our drinks did he ask if we had a booking. We advised him no so he then told us the kitchen closed at 7 unless we had booked a table! They currently have a 30 % offer on meals but nowhere on there does if state that booking is required or kitchen closes at 7! I have since noted the owners previous reply to another review advising that they revert to bookings only if the kitchen is very busy but no way was this the case on Wednesday as the place was virtually empty! Would have also appreciated being told this before we ordered our drinks as we ended up leaving these to find somewhere else to eat! Very disappointing...

8 friends went there for a meal 5 of us got our meals + had almost finished their meals no sign of myself + 2 others we enquired about our meals they said would'nt be long a other wait finally they arrived i then cancelled my desert as i would'nt have time as i had to pick my grandaughter up from school. I then asked for refund for desert + was told i had to see the manager but he was no where to be found + could'nt have refund as he was the only one that could autherise my refund. I got quite upset at this time as i had to go to pick my grandaughter up.So i left without my refund I then said i would never go there again which my friends also agreed. Very very...
