Waffle Town & Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered a few times through Uber Eats and always get two waffles and pancake bites which are amazing. The waffles always come spot on however the pancake bites always come with White chocolate sauce. It’s always requested no white chocolate sauce due to an allergy however every single time we’ve ordered they ignore the receipt and just make it how they want to make it. Very disappointing as the food is amazing but inedible because of this. Have tried phoning to make sure they don’t add the sauce but shouldn’t have to do this every time when it clearly states on the receipt no White Chocolate sauce and no Nutella. If they can start paying attention to customers allergy requests then this would...

I visited Waffel Town & Café today with waffles on my mind – and I was not disappointed! I could choose exactly what I wanted on my waffle, and it turned out absolutely delicious. The fruits were fresh, and everything was perfectly prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The café is centrally located, very clean, and offers both indoor seating and a few covered tables outside under an awning.

The waffles themselves were fantastic with stunning toppings and definitely the highlight of the visit. The milkshakes however were not what I expected. They were very watery and milk based, lacking the creamy ice cream style I am used to and quite flavourless.

The place itself is a bit odd, a tiny little shop with limited facilities. That said, the staff were really nice and even let me use what looked like their staff toilet out back.
