Yummy Yummy — Restaurant in Wales

Absolutely shocked by the quality the food was delivered to us tonight the rice was like mash where it seems it was left from last night and reheated my special chow mein had hardly no meat in it the sauce are batch made and was like a paste so wouldn't pour out I had to spoon it out! Chips was vile, only thing I ate on my dinner was 2 chicken balls as they were okay! When I rang nothing was done to correct it and said when I order again they make sure its better quality...I won't be ordering again...

Ordered 1/2lb Texas burger and chips( states 3 onion rings )plus double burger, received two double burger and one chips was charged right amount plus £2+ for delivery so on receipt I phoned to say not what ordered as onion rings missing and blamed me for there mistake even though they charged me for what I ordered, even when they make mistakes it's the customers fault? Avoid or get what they choose to give you not what you order throwing menu away only a fool let's someone continuously...

Girl behind counter does not know what she is doing. Asked for our order, order was short missing a curry sauce and when trying to sort it out she asked me 4 time what did I order kept having to repeat myself as she talked across me and humming down the phone not good Customer service at all. Not only did she take order down wrong and shorted us then said I had to drive back up to fetch the rest not good at all...
