What can I say. Worst customer experience of my life and I'm 50 plus. Was advised to order on Their website to avail a 20 percent discount. I ordered directly off the website. They rang me to say they were aware of the order but had not received the money. Apparently they have all sorts of IT problems with their platforms with payments being sent to third party suppliers etc. In summary though despite them telling Me to use their website they see all the problems as very much the customers fault and refused to give me my money back or fulfill the order. Rather bizarrely asking me as the innocent customer to sort out all the issues they are facing. I'm £20 out of pocket. Absolutely disgusted and appalled....

I have been to Thailand many times and love Thai food. I have never used this establishment before and i thought i would give it a try and was looking forward to eating there set lunch menu. I phoned and asked for a delivery to my address and told it would be 45 minutes. I waited a hour and half and telephoned twice to ask where my food was . The excuse given was the driver was maybe stuck in traffic, despite i only live in Rushall and because of the covid there is less traffic on the roads. I never once received a phone call to apologize for the late delivery. I was starving and fed up of waiting and decided to cook something at home instead. Take my word for it i will NEVER use this...

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service when ringing to ask where our meal was after a 2 hour wait. Was told I should have expected delays - Which I did originally, after being told it would be 1 hour. This then changed to 1hr30 after 2hrs I rang again. I was told that it would be a further 20 minutes (ours was the 2nd run....). I asked to cancel my order and the attitude of the staff member was terrible. I was told "where do you expect to order something else and it get to you in 20 minutes on valentines?" if it wasn't for this comment, I may have waited. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again, and will not be recommending. If I could give 0 stars I...
