Very very unprofessional delivery driver, pulled up almost the same time as us, bearing in mind we're in a long wheel based van, we couldn't get on the drive forwards or backwards, we put indicators on to show where we were going and indicated that we wanted to reverse on drive, shrugged at us, we pulled up next to him and he said we didn't need to reverse on. This is our drive and we never pull on forwards as the van makes it difficult to see when reversing off, we asked him to just move backwards and he was very unpolite and unprofessional. Had a takeaway from them with some of my friends. Just couple of spare ribs dishes. It was absolutely terrible. One dish had only had one spare rib (see the picture) which looked like shrivelled worm in looks and size. One of the dishes was delivered in old used pizza box and food looked like it was left overs from the night before. Had phoned the restaurant, they are not interested. I took it up with Just eat. They are also saying , we can’t do anything about it as quality differ from restaurant to restaurant. I had looked at the reviews and same reviews left by couple other customers about the same dish. Placed an Order at 18:40 for collection at 8pm needing this order to be ready for them as I was ordering from a number of places near by I have now been here an additional 20 minutes waiting on my food that still isn’t ready. Now the other food is cold. How can you take pre orders for specific times if you don’t start cooking until I arrive to collect my food. If people have messed you around in the past and not collected ask for the payment over the phone instead of messing people around. I will not be using this shop for any collections and deliveries again. ...
