Drive through is awful takes too long this appears to happened regardless what time of day it is. Manager comes across rude (not sure of his age but looks like a little boy very rude and camp).
Service needs improving, as one lunch time 12:40 approx one person was left on a till struggling with many orders . One person needed to pay they had no cash to pay for the food and there card was declined the staff member asked the manger for help but blanked the staff member and continued to talk to a member staff that could have been serving the perdon that was on there own on the till appeared new and apologized to the customers calmly and said they need to get authorisation to cancel this before they can go to next customer or something along those lines.
The manager continued to stand around chatting to other staff about his dirty weekend in front of the counter leaning against the machine. Now the staff that he was talking to could have been serving to clear such a busy time period!
I felt really sorry for the member of staff having to handle such a busy period alone and with such rudeness from a very poor and unprofessional manager. There's a time and place to talk about your dirty weekends and when you're busy your staff should be working not gossiping. No wounder there's so many bad reviews if this is the person running the shift.
The member of staff dealing with such rudeness and also handling the hungry customers like myself was named Mo on her name tag very friendly and professional she deserves a medal for handing such a busy period calmly alone. In fact how polite she was she should have been in his position and he should be on the tills! Or better still this manager should be working on moping the floors and cleaning the over flowing bins outside than running a shift with how he products his self. (I say manager but sure how McDonalds ranking system works but his in in different clothing to the normal mcdonnalds workers, so I presume his a manager) it's not the first time I've seen him as I've seen him speak to customers with an attitude...
Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful service, waiting time and food! On arrival to drive thru, I told the guy serving that my order was wrong. I had ordered two extra hash browns, he said it was right. I was asked to park up in bay 1. Bay 1 had a cone there so I parked in bay 2. I waited 15 minutes! I went inside and my order still wasn't ready, finally after a few more minutes, my order was ready. It was missing a hash brown. A woman serving got me an extra hash brown. The food was cold and the double sausage and egg had been literally thrown together, the patties was all over the place and wrapper soaked in grease. I asked to see the manager. The manager agreed the hash browns was cold and the sausage and egg shouldn't have been presented the way that it had been. She offered to redo the order herself and t be fair she did a good job. I said head office need to supply you with more staff. I said it seems like home delivery orders are prioritised over customers that actually come to the resteraunt. She assured me that wasn't the case. She said when they say anything to head office, they just get shouted and get told to deal with it. This is disgraceful. Macdonalds billion pound industry! Read moreVisited the store today doors were locked at 0610, looking at the opening hours on the door says opens 0500 till midnight a staff member walked past me as I was sat outside, thinking they might just be late opening i waited a while longer , still nothing so I asked a gentlemen litter picking outside said the restaurant opens at 0700??? I questioned why it says 0500 on Google and 0500 in the opening hours on the door and he just looked blankly at me ?
It gets worse, so I go through the drivethru as that looks open, the sound at the service point is so quiet I could barely hear the server, and when I get to the payment window, the server doesn't even look at me just points at the card machine terminal whilst sipping his milkshake!! Wow ! When they brought in the touch screen ordering system into mcdonalds years ago I was sceptical but I think maybe it was a stroke of genius the less interaction with humans seems to be the way forward, one good thing to note was the carpark was cleanest ive seen at a mc donalds so, do away with all the staff and automate all the processes all you need if one person cleaning the carpark and the rest can be done by robots they'd probably be more polite than...
