Milestone — Restaurant in Walsall

Wow what a fantastic party we had at the Milestone last night …. Ryan and his staff are so helpful , right from setting up the party all the way through a busy night with lots of lovely people …. It’s a great location , DJ was good , we had a fabulous Buffet and everyone that came said how much they enjoyed the whole night …. Thanks again to all the staff at the pub , even the cleaner was over the moon this Morning because we’d cleaned up a bit before we left …. This pub is a really nice place with a really friendly atmosphere. Give it a visit and I would DEFINITELY recommend it...

We called in tonight for a meal the place was really cold so we moved tables we waited about nearly a hour for our food I asked if they had forgotten went to check and said they are coming out now one of the staff came to our table and said we are really busy and put down on our table all the peaces of paper with orders on them we really didn't need to see them it made us feel like I shouldnt have asked why the food was taking so long the pie that we had received wasn't cooked and loads of gravy over the chips couldn't eat my food there wasn't any staff around to complain to so...

Disgusting food. Undercooked Yorkshire puddings that looked like pancakes. Overcooked sausage. Warm/cooked salad. The childrens beans were cold. Burnt pie. Ordered a childrens side to be brought out an adults version with jalepenos on it. Mentioned it to the manager and her response was "whoever ordered it ordered the adults side" i explained i ordered it with the childrens meal and her attitude was disgusting. We recieved our money back for 3 of the 9 meals ordered. Yet 8/9 wernt edible. Will not be returning. Needless to say we r now having to pay for more food as we are all...
