We had the £10.95 deal which was fantastic value. For starters we had a mixed starter which was delicious. It included an onion baji, Sheek kebab, chicken tikka and onions, whereas I opted for the pakora. The mixed was delicious and so was my pakora, I was a little disappointed with the batter (more like a chicken nugget batter) but was still enjoyable. For the main, I had a chicken tikka razella and my wife had the chicken tikka balti. They both where very tasty and we had plenty to eat. My wife did day her balti was spicy and had to leave some but overall an enjoyable nigh. Staff where attentive and pleasant. Will go again.

I started visiting Chilli Pepper about 12 months back and now go every Wednesday. The service is second to none and the food always amazing, I have never been disappointed with a meal. They will do you whatever curry you want and will cook your meal to your individual taste.

The chef created a special veggie curry for me at my request which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful, I would return and highly recommend.

Visited the spice lounge celebrating a birthday occasion. Was shown to the table with by a point of the finger. The service from the lady we served us for the night wasn’t great, found her quite abrupt and off putting, very stern and seemed to have no patience. Food was a let down to be honest, looked great but tasted disappointing. Drinks were flat and they had no other drinks such as the mocktails as they had no delivery. Place was also cold so wear something warm.

Had the seafood platter, again looked amazing, but lacked flavour throughout. Fish was clearly frozen and thawed while cooking, I was very apprehensive to eat it as it had a strange flavour yet tasted of nothing? and was still translucent. The butter chicken was insanely sweet, tasted like a korma on steroids. Sadly not what we expected so did not eat this item. Tikka starter was on the dryer side and veg samosas, for the price you only got two very small samosas.it was stated the platter was for two but to be honest it was only portioned for one, lots of the small ready to eat type prawns, two king prawns and one small slice of salmon, for two people? Not sure.

The malteaser cheesecake was awful!!! I have never eaten something that had the texture of being frozen but was warm at the same time. I’m not even sure if they were in date as I’ve never seen a malteaser look the way that one did on top of that cake. It was hard yet strangely spongey at the same time and it ached my jaw to keep eating it. Avoid this item!!

Overall very disappointed, came to around £55 for the myself and my partner and for the quality of food and the service, I wouldn’t bother going again. One positive is that the service was fast and I wasn’t waiting ages for my food despite there being a large group of us. Would rather have gone to the...

We went out as a family of 6, ordered a number of different things on the menu. Please tell me why everything tasted the same?! The curry’s all had the same taste, just different amount of food colouring! The food had nothing but sweetness in flavour and meat/paneer included was very little. Altogether we paid £120, everything is so overpriced for the quality of food you actually receive! We ate so little, that we got chippy on the way home as everyone was STILL HUNGRY! And let’s not get started on customer service. The woman serving us was so rude, so patronising and had such a vile attitude. She spoke to my dad so rudely when he was trying to order his meal. This was the first time we had stepped foot in this restaurant and the minute we did, she was on our back. Maybe we could’ve forgiven the food if the service was decent, but she made us all feel so uncomfortable, we just wanted to leave asap. Must’ve been there for a total of 30mins. Never...

We visited as a walk-in couple and the courteous, well-presented staff prepared a table for us with a candle. The interior is beautifully furnished and rather contemporary, whilst the overall atmosphere was that of a welcoming nature. Food was excellent, proudly presented and there was a wide choice of starters and courses. If you have a taste for a mild dishes, then I would recommend their Amor Kurma - A rich and creamy chicken dish made with coconut, almond and mango. We were tended to by various members of staff, who were all well-mannered and were open to all feedback of your meal and experience. Would highly recommend and would revisit due to the excellent dining experience we had received. Commendations were passed on...
