Very well kept pub on the main street with extremely tidy and well maintained interior. A lot of attention to details. Very clean and welcoming. Great decor. Designated darts area. Huge outside area with plenty of wooden tables and benches with a great view of a field and woodland. Sheltered smoking area with comfortable seating. Ample of parking spaces. Brilliant choice of ales and lagers. Pints poured with care. Tasty and fresh beer (had a pint Madri). Cobs on sale alongside pork pies and other snacks. Very smiley and welcoming staff members. I'd be there every day if I lived in the area.

Nice pub was really surprised when i entered. Nice Ales as was voted recently to be one of the best around the area. Fully enjoyed my time here. Tried all sorts of Ales during the night and thoroughly enjoyed them all. On site parking is available but can see this getting filled up quickly but their is loads on on street parking also.

Come along for some excellent dog training! Fully qualified instructor, friendly classes, 1-2-1 lessons. All dog breeds, sizes, ages welcome. Outdoor & indoor agility classes. Great little real ales pub nearby too, good atmosphere, warm, cosy, dog friendly & serves lovely cobs and pies!

Apr. '22. First, the bad news. The car park is too small when it's busy. They do Premium Lagers in bottles, but I think they should do one on draught as an alternative to Carling (ugh). Could probably do with a spruce up outside. (some of the roughcast has come off the wall by the side door). NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the Robin 2 in Bilston. Having said that, this is a great pub. A proper real ale pub, very traditional, with plenty of choice for the discerning beer drinker. Families welcome, but not really a "young person's" pub. The sort of pub you could go to for "A Quick One" before going home. The wood carvings on the bar are a work of art. They are also blessed with the best bartender I've seen in years. She. Never. Stopped. - Apart from when she was pulling a pint. I lost count of the number of times she wiped the bar, which was spotless, along with the tables. Every drink was served on a beer mat. When she wasn't serving customers, she was either down the cellar, or off cleaning somewhere. The copper pipes in the toilets shone due to the polishing they had. Could do with being extended perhaps, but then it might lose some of it's character, which would not be welcome. Highly...

Beer Ok,........but staffs attitude not. We went in here a while ago on a saturday night and went in the beer garden as it was dry. We were with our neighbours who regulary frequented the place on a weekend after walking their dog taking their 15 yr daughter with them...no issues normally. On this night they had their daughters friend with them ...and all they did was sit quietly on their phones as teens do. It was around 8.10 pm and we had just got another round of drinks when a male member of staff informed us we must drink up and leave as its company policy no teens after 8pm. This we have been told by a manager in another Black Country Brewery pub that this is not so!! Therefore in future we shall all drink somewhere else where our custom will be appreciated and where teens wont be discriminated against. I,m glad you can turn away custom....there may come a time in the near future you might regret...
