Ackee Tree Soul Kitchen — Restaurant in Warwick

First of all I’ve got to say I’ve never ever left a good review for anything ever before in my life but this food was so good I had to tell you !

I’ve been involved in the catering business all of my life and have Cooked and tried Caribbean food all over the world and this place by far is the best in the uk.

I only had a brown stew chicken white rice & steam veg i’ve got to say the chicken had so much flavour its unreal and the veg was cooked perfectly

My partner had mutton and rice and that was also absolutely amazing.

Even the presentation was good its the first time i have had takeaway food from a Caribbean thats been put in a proper container it’s normally slapped in a chip-shop box and rolled up to sweat in clingfilm.

Staff was spot on and shop was very clean and tidy

Would recommend this place...

We were really looking forward to this and were told when ordering they’d give us free Plantain which was kind.

We went and picked our food up from the store and it was given to us in a paper bag. The bag felt extremely hot on my leg about 5 minutes into the journey, so I went to move the bag off my lap and all the contents spilled out of the bag and onto my lap and into the car.

The heat had caused condensation in the bag making it completely rip and fall through. Half of the Egusi Soup had spilled out into the car, because it was burning hot we struggled to even pick it up. I made them aware of this and I was just completely ignored!

The food was good but the customer service was appalling after this incident. We also weren’t given any Plantain with our order as they stated when we ordered which...

I've ordered from Acker Tree Soul Kitchen countless times and always loved the food,

Normally I order delivery but I was eager to get the food so drove there and collected The restaurant was absolutely spotless, The staff member who served me was really friendly and professional and was very knowledgeable, The atmosphere was great, The food as always was absolutely delicious and still piping hot when I got home,

I always tend to go for their Mutton Curry with Peas & Rice but decided to give their Brown Stew & Rice and it didn't disappoint along with some soft drinks to wash it down,

The portions are always generous, The flavour is always spot on and incredibly fair priced, if you like Carribbean style food I cannot recommend this...
